Combining the wisdom of alignment coming from yoga with progressive strength building of HIIT (high intensity interval training), this 45-min class will keep you fit, aligned and strong to step (back) into the partner- and triowork of AcroYoga when physical connection is possible again. Each class will have a short joint warm up, followed by alignment embodiment that will prepare you for the exercises to come and 2 rounds of “yogic HIIT”. We´ll cool down with flexibility training and a mini-relaxation. Join to sweat with grace, get your heart beat up, train your lungs and keep your immune system strong!
